Red Velvet is proud to supply vintage and handmade goods. We love vintage and hope you do too. It is important to note that most vintage is pre-loved and may have minor wear or blemishes. We do our best to note noticeable and important details like this in all our item descriptions. We also provide accurate measurements and it is your responsibility to check the measurments and make sure that the item is a good fit for you. With these details in mind here is our return policy:

We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us (support AT redvelvetart DOT com) for exchange instructions. After the item is returned in it's original condition we will send you a store credit for the amount of your item, less shipping and handling. This credit does not expire and can be used at any time in our online shop. 

We do not give cash refunds for any reason, with the exception that an item is grossly misrepresented in the listing details and photos. We do not refund shipping and handling costs for any reason. All sales are final on sale items. 

Sale matching: We will refund you to match the sale price of any item purchased within 7 days of a new sale. Please contact us with a copy of your receipt to take advantage of this offer: support AT redvelvetart DOT com

U.S. Customers: We provide delivery confirmation with every order so that we can track your order. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items once they have left our studio. 

International Customers: If you feel you do not have a secure shipping address you must choose Priority International shipping in order for us to obtain delivery confirmation for your order. If you choose not to Red Velvet will not have tracking options and it is not our responsibility if your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged once it has left our shop. We offer both options to be budget friendly, but we highly recommend priority international as it is the only way to track packages that have left the US.
