Hello shoppers! Here are a few questions that we often receive....
Q: What is the status of your local shop?
A: The local shop will be closed effective 09/01/13. We will post details about an estate sale soon.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do! We will ship anywhere on the globe.
Q: Where do you find all your vintage clothing?
A: We purchased a fully stocked vintage store with thousands of pieces in 2010. That inventory is our 'base' that will last for years. In addition we make weekly buying trips local and out of state too. We buy directly from estates on a regular basis, as well. Sourcing vintage is one of our favorite parts of running a dress shop. It's a never ending shopping spree. We love keeping our racks freshly stocked!
Q: What are your local shop's hours?
A: Our brick and mortar Red Velvet Shop's Hours are Friday-Saturday 12-7 pm. It is located at 211 E. Commercial Springfield, Missouri 65803
Q: Do you serve cupcakes and bubble tea every day?
A: No, our Sweet Shoppe is currently on vacation.
Q: I want you to make my wedding cupcakes! Who do I contact?
A: The Sweet Shoppe is not taking on any more custom orders or weddings at this time.
Q: Do you carry the same items online as you do in your physical store?
A: We carry similar, but completely separate inventories. All online items are kept in our shipping room, so if you want to buy one locally, just ask us! We have an insane vintage collection that enables us to easily stock both stores without individual overlap.
Q: Do you have any tips on measuring for vintage?

. We are now offering 'estimated sizes' for easy reference, but we highly recommend taking your measurements (you only have to do it once.... wink!) to refer to when shopping for vintage!
Q: I know you carry mens clothing in our local store, do you plan to carry it online?
A: Not at this time. Sorry, guys.... Our super cute men's selection is only available in store.
Q: Do you sell or give out any of the contact information I have to provide with my online order?
A: No, certainly not!

Q: Are you accepting consignment submissions?
A: Not right now. At this time we are only handpicking a small team of consigners.
